Emergancy appeal for the cholera epidemic in Haiti

IAM2000 have ‘on the ground’ contact in Haiti. Our contacts have been in the north of Haiti, above the capital Port-au-Prince since 2006, setting up health care in a hospital, that had to open six months ahead of schedule to respond to the growing need for treatment and beds for the casualties from the 2010 earthquake.

Now the country is suffering with an outbreak of cholera which is expected to get much worse over the coming months.

Our contacts have launched an urgent appeal for donations in response to the devastating cholera situation, funds raised will go towards purchasing equipment such as disinfectant, gloves, medical supplies etc... also employing additional nurses, doctors and cleaning staff to deal with the high level of cases predicted.

Giving children from India & Zanzibar an education

IAM2000 aim to regularly provide funds to cover the cost of school fees for children of a pastor in Zanzibar and for the children of the orphanage in India. The money will also go towards new uniforms, school bags, books and stationary. By continuing making regular donations the children can complete their education and hopefully have a better future.

Thanks for all your prayers and financial support for giving for the Petromax Lamps. The Beneficiaries are so glad and delighted for the lamps and now they have light in their churches. Praise God.
